1General Provisions & Definitions

In these Terms, "kui99", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the kui99 online casino and betting service, operated through the domain kui99.lat. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on or accessing this platform.

• Must use only one account; multiple accounts for the same person are not permitted.

We may request documents for age and identity verification at any time. kui99 reserves the right to immediately close an account and withhold any deposited funds if false information is provided.

3Account Registration & Security

Users must provide accurate and complete information to complete the registration process. Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method is a violation of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Accessing or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.

kui99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from granting access to an account.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

kui99 currently handles financial transactions through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All three methods support a minimum deposit of ৳200.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Typical withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Full identity verification must be completed on the account before withdrawals can be made.
• It is recommended that deposits and withdrawals use the same method.

We may request additional verification for unusual or suspicious financial transactions. If any evidence of money laundering or fraudulent activity is found, the relevant account will be immediately suspended.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

kui99 offers a welcome bonus of up to 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Wagering requirements must be met to receive the bonus.

As an example of how the bonus applies: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 applies the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total balance of ৳37,000.

Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15x = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

• Applicable wagering requirement to meet bonus conditions: 15x (on the bonus amount).
• Separate terms may apply to each promotion.
• Bonuses may be cancelled if abuse or manipulation is suspected.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• kui99 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus promotion at any time.

6VIP Program & Loyalty Benefits

kui99's VIP program has five tiers in total. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on regular platform use and activity. The account must remain active and verified to receive cashback benefits. kui99 reserves the right to modify the rules of VIP benefits.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kui99 platform, and any violation may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Tampering with or hacking the platform's software or game engine.
• Betting using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Any form of cheating or collusion to manipulate game outcomes.
• Accessing or using another user's account.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage activities.
• Spreading false information about the platform.

8Dispute Resolution & Complaints Process

After a complaint is submitted, we will investigate and attempt to provide a resolution as quickly as possible. The time needed for investigation may vary depending on the nature of the complaint.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, server logs and random number generator data will be considered final evidence. Bets affected by a game provider's system error will be reviewed and appropriate action will be taken.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

14Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

If online gaming is restricted or prohibited in a user's jurisdiction, that responsibility lies entirely with the user.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect. Any discrepancy between the Bengali translation and the original language of these Terms will be resolved in accordance with administrative procedures.

15Changes & Amendments to Terms
